Please contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage, co-payment/co-insurance amounts, and deductible before booking your appointment. All clients must provide a valid payment method when scheduling, which will be used for co-pays/co-insurance and any charges not covered by insurance.

Letter writing outside of sessions
Paperwork will only be completed during a scheduled appointment.
